Effective Days:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Processing Time
We process all orders within 5-10 days. We do not process our orders on holidays or weekends. During festival time or season time if we have high volume of orders then shipment may be delay by a few days. But we take additional 3-5 days only, so kindly give us an etc. days for shipping.
Shipping Charges
Charges are calculated according to size, weight and location of the buyer. It may be possible that some of the areas are not available in the list of transporter.
Time of delivery:
• Domestic Orders: Time frame is 4-10 days
• International Orders: Time frame is 10-25 days.
Return Policy
First we try to convince to our customers if our item is wrong or not upto our customers choice and if our products are defective then we try to change our parcel within 7-10 days but our item must be in original condition, unused and it should with all stickers and tags attached.

Process of return
First our client have to contact tour our phone number and email id and inform us about problem, Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once client receive return number, just pack the item same as before and ship it back to our given address which is mentioned on our website. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless it will not clear that mistakes on our part.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we inspect our product and we transfer it within 8-12 working daysand shipping cost is non refundable.
